Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory local consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
