Betting Rules

1. General Rules

These Betting Rules govern all wagers placed on Iris Casino's sportsbook and casino products. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full. They are supplemented by our Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are accepted at Iris Casino's discretion. We reserve the right to limit stakes or refuse bets without explanation.
• Bets are valid once confirmed by the system with a unique Bet ID. Until then, a bet is not binding.
• Minimum bet stake is 1 RON (or currency equivalent) unless otherwise stated for a market.
• Maximum payout per single bet slip is 500,000 RON unless a lower market-specific limit applies.
• All times displayed in the sportsbook are in Philippine Standard Time (PHT, UTC+8).

2. Odds & Formats

Odds on Iris Casino can be displayed in three formats selectable from the sportsbook menu:

Odds are subject to change until the moment your bet is confirmed. In the case of late odds changes, the system will notify you before finalising the bet.

3. Bet Types

Single

A single bet on one selection. Return = Odds × Stake.

Accumulator (Parlay)

Two or more selections combined. All must win for the bet to pay. Odds are multiplied together. If any selection is void, that leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated.

System Bets

Cover multiple combinations from a selection of events (e.g. Trixie, Patent, Yankee). Each combination within a system is treated as a separate bet for settlement purposes.

Live / In-Play Bets

Bets placed during an event at live odds. See Section 6 for specific live betting rules.

Bet Builder

Combine multiple selections from the same event into a single bet. Certain combinations may not be available due to correlation restrictions.

4. Bet Settlement

Bets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body or fixture organiser. Iris Casino aims to settle all bets within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.

• Pre-match bets are settled on the official result at the end of regular time unless the market specifies otherwise (e.g. "including extra time")
• Scores from official match statistics providers are used as the definitive record
• In the event of a discrepancy between live score feeds and official results, the official result takes precedence
• Settled bets appear in "Bet History" within your account within 1 hour of settlement

5. Void Bets

A bet (or leg of an accumulator) will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours
• The event starts before the scheduled time and bets were placed after the actual kick-off
• A named participant does not take part in the event
• A market was offered in error (e.g. incorrect team listed)
• Technical failure prevents proper recording of the bet
• The result of the event cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable timeframe

6. Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting allows you to place bets on events already in progress. The following additional rules apply:

• Live odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly
• There may be a brief delay between confirming a live bet and the system processing it. During this time, the odds may have changed. You will be notified if odds change significantly before accepting.
• Iris Casino reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time, including during goal-scoring, card incidents, or other notable events
• Bets accepted after an event's conclusion due to a data feed delay will be voided
• Cash Out is available on selected live markets. The offered cash-out amount may fluctuate and will be confirmed at the point of acceptance

7. Sport-Specific Rules

Football (Soccer)

• All markets settled on 90 minutes + referee stoppage time unless stated otherwise
• "Both Teams to Score" markets are settled Yes/No based on whether each team scores at least once in 90 minutes
• Asian Handicap — if a match is abandoned, bets are void unless the market is already determined

Basketball

• Match bets include overtime if played, unless the market states "regular time only"
• If a match is abandoned before 43 minutes of play, all bets are void

Tennis

• If a player retires or is disqualified, all bets on that match are void unless the outcome is already determined
• "Sets Handicap" markets include all completed sets at the time of retirement

eSports

• Results are taken from official tournament organisers' final scores
• If a match is forfeited or awarded, bets are settled on the official outcome
• Server crashes or technical issues that force a map or game replay will result in bets on the affected game being voided

8. Casino Game Rules

All casino games at Iris Casino — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are governed by individual game rules supplied by the respective software providers. These are accessible via the "?" or "Info" button within each game.

General Casino Rules

• All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology audited by independent testing laboratories
• Live dealer games are operated by licensed live casino providers in dedicated studio environments
• In the event of a technical failure, all affected game rounds are voided and stakes returned
• Malfunctions void all pays and plays
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games — these are displayed within the game interface

RTP (Return to Player)

RTP percentages for all games are available within the game info panel. Theoretical RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and individual session results will vary. RTP is not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.

9. Obvious Errors

Iris Casino reserves the right to void bets and correct settlements where an obvious error has occurred. This includes but is not limited to:

• Odds posted significantly outside the true market price due to technical or human error
• Markets offered on incorrect participants or outcomes
• Duplicate markets inadvertently posted for the same event

We will make every effort to identify and correct obvious errors as quickly as possible. Winnings derived from obvious errors are not payable and will be reclaimed if already credited.

10. Disputes

If you disagree with the settlement of a bet, contact our support team within 72 hours of settlement via:

• Email: [email protected] — with your Bet ID and a clear description of the dispute

We aim to resolve betting disputes within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Curacao Gaming Control Authority as the independent regulator. The regulator's decision is final and binding.
